Our PVC compounds
We manufacture PVC compounds for a wide range of applications. In the event a compound is not available for a customer's specific needs, we always endeavour in consultation with the customer to produce a custom-made compound.
Standard range
Our standard range includes, among others, PVC compounds for the following applications:
- Medical and dental products
- Rigid and soft profiles
- Cables
- Tubes and fittings
- Injection moulded parts
- Rubber modified PVC for extruded and injection moulded products
Special compounds
Special compounds are produced according to customer requirements. Among others we produce compounds with additional specifications in the following areas:
- Petrol and oil resistance
- High and low temperature resistance
- Low migration
Dahlvinex
Thevinyl cooperates closely with Dahl Polymers AB, and is the exclusive manufacturer of Dahlvinex. Dahlvinex is a crosslinked compound, which maintains its mechanical properties at high temperatures.
Production
We acknowledge that a chain of production is only as strong as its weakest link. This is the reason why we strive to maintain the highest quality at every step of the production process.
We have full control of the entire production process, from the raw materials we use, to weighing, manufacturing and delivery. Every manufactured batch is tested in our laboratory.
Buss co-kneaders are used in the production of our compounds. We train our staff in order to ensure they maintain the highest standards in accordance with technical developments in the trade. This ensures that our products are always of the best quality.
We aim to continuously improve our environmental performance.
Delivery
It is our aim to deliver our products at the right quantity, at the right time and in the proper form of packaging. The following forms of packaging are available:
